I would put for immediate release and the date at the top and then have Preston's contact info followed by the Headline. Its a bit confusing as it is. I really like the quote you chose and you have it in the right spot. The lead is great as well right to the point, it may be wise to include some kind of definition of passive and earned income in the first few paragraphs. The only other thing I would look at is the "9 to 5" reference, you may have rendered it correctly according to AP style I'm just not sure, so it's something to double check.
